During your visit, enjoy the golden-sand beaches, and wade or swim in the inviting blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. Relax in a comfortable lounge chair and soak up the warm, tropical sun with the sand between your toes and warm, tropical breeze in your hair. Whenever you'd like to quench your thirst, complimentary soft drinks and water are available from the bar. From this vantage point, you can also see your ship anchored peacefully in the bay. At the conclusion of your visit, re-board your open-air jeep and commence the short drive back to the pier.
Please note: This tour involves a minimal amount of walking for approximately 13 yards (about 12 metres), at times over uneven and sandy surfaces, with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the safari-style, open-air jeep . This tour is suitable for guests with limited mobility, but is not recommended for guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear a swimsuit under a cover-up with beach shoes, and bring sun protection, a towel, and U.S. Dollars and/or local currency for purchases from the ship. Guests must be at least 21 years old to be served alcoholic beverages. One sunchair and one non-alcoholic drink per person is inlcuded in the selling price. No umbrellas are available but there is shade in the beach.

Depart the pier for a scenic, approximately 30-minute sightseeing drive south through Port Elizabeth, which is dotted with Caribbean colour and vibe. Whilst driving to the south side of the island, watch the scenery change from the sleepy Caribbean Sea to the frisky Atlantic Ocean. Along the way, pass by Bequia fisheries with their colourful boats, Friendship Bay, and Whale Cay, an historic area for whaling and whale-watching. In addition, you can see the famous island of Mustique in the distance.
Souvenir Stop, The Liming, Beachside Restaurant and Club, White-Sand Beaches
After a brief stop at a local venue to browse for souvenirs, proceed to The Liming, a popular new beachside restaurant and club. Here, European chic meets the flavour of the islands on the white-sand beaches of the Caribbean Sea. Upon arrival at this sun-splashed tropical locale, receive a brief orientation and welcome drink before spending approximately five hours relaxing at your leisure.
Relaxing, Sunbathing, Beachcombing, Swimming
During your visit, you can relax and unwind in a complimentary lounger with a good book, soak up the warm, tropical sun, and feel the balmy ocean breeze. You may also opt for a leisurely stroll on the white-sand beach, an invigorating dip in the pool, or a refreshing swim in the inviting turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, which abounds with colourful tropical fish, coral, and marine life. A free drink and two-course lunch are provided, and prepared, by an internationally-recognised chef from the restaurant's daily menu; additional food and beverages are available at your own expense. At the conclusion of your visit, re-board your coach and commence the approximately 30-minute drive back to the pier.

Fort Hamilton
Together with the local guide the first stop will be at the scenic observation point located at the northern point of Admiralty Bay. The original fortification located at this strategic vantage point has long gone, however cannons produced by both French and English were found in the waters surrounding Bequia and have be placed at this historic site.
Visit Sergeant's Model Boat Museum
The nest stop is the boat building museum where you will see how the famous model boats are built by hand. The history of boat building in Bequia which was once the main industry will be shared with guests. The boat building tradition has been passed on from generation-to-generation.
Visit Paget Farm
Drive thru one of the main fishing and boat-building village of Bequia called Paget Farm. Our local guide will provide information about the culture and interesting anecdotes about this small culturally rich village.
Drink at Local bar
Then drive to a Local Bar where guests are offered a local beer, rum punch, fruit punch or soft drink. The relaxing ambience makes a nice ending of a tour that gave a glimpse into the small island lifestyle of Bequia. At the conclusion of your tour, there is a short drive back to the tender pier at Port Elizabeth and return to the ship.

Depart the pier for the short walk to the boat dock, and your awaiting boat. After receiving your safety and tour instructions, embark the vessel and set sail for a cruise along the Bequia coastline. En route, see and learn about Port Elizabeth, and its fishing and boat-building heritage, then continue on to Moonhole. Surrounded by and only visible from the sea, the stone house was built in the 1960s on the western tip of Bequia under the enormous rock arch known as the ‘Moonhole’. During a photo stop here, learn about how this unique home was built. Afterward, enjoy a leisurely cruise along the scenic coast of Bequia, and view the Airport, Fish Market, and island of Mustique in the distance.
Petit Nevis Island, Swimming, Snorkelling, Coral Beds, Tropical Fish, Marine Life
Next, cruise on to the island of island of Petit Nevis, an old whaling station. Upon arrival, receive your safety and snorkelling instructions, then begin your approximately one-hour guided snorkelling session in the crystal-clear waters. Along the way, marvel at the colourful coral beds, tropical fish, and marine life. Following your snorkelling session, embark your boat and cruise back into Port Elizabeth Harbour. Refreshments are served aboard the boat.
Lower Bay Beach, Princess Margaret Beach, Free Time, Beach Bars
During the ride back towards Port Elizabeth Harbour, pass by one of the island’s most popular beaches, Lower Bay Beach, then proceed to another popular spot, Princess Margaret Beach. During approximately one hour of free time at Princess Margaret Beach, you can swim in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, soak up the tropical sun, and/or purchase food and drinks from the bars on the beach at your own expense. At the conclusion of your visit, embark your boat for the short ride back to the boat dock. Upon arrival, disembark the boat and commence the short walk back to the pier.
Please note: This tour involves an extensive amount of activity and a moderate amount of walking, with a few steps to negotiate to embark/disembark the catamaran and manoeuvre in/out of the boat. This tour is recommended for guests who are in good physical condition, have snorkelling experience, and can swim in water too deep to stand. Depart the pier aboard a catamaran and commence your sailing excursion. Set sail as the wind picks up after leaving Admiralty Bay. Watch the beautiful white-sand beaches glide by as your guide points out areas of interest along the way.
Moon Hole and Western Cays
Your first stop is at the 'Moon Hole'. This amazing natural phenomenon with homes built on the hillside offers wonderful photo opportunities. As you sail through the Western Cays, the previously hidden side of Bequia comes into view. In the distance, catch a glimpse of the world-famous hideaways of the rich and famous. The other uninhabited islands of the Northern Grenadines are close by; you may see the historic whaling station on the island of Petit Nevis.
Swimming, Snorkelling and Beach Visit
A stop is made for swimming or snorkelling in the cool, clear water. If you opt to remain on board, you can sunbathe or simply relax whilst the waves gently lap against your boat. Your tour concludes with a refreshing rum punch en route to the tender pier.
Please note: A wet landing may be required depending on sea conditions and tide and may need to climb a metal leddar of 10/15 steps . This tour involves a moderate amount of walking and boating. The navigation can be operated both using sails and motor depending on weather conditions and timings. Guests must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol on this tour. Mt. Pleasant
Depart the pier for the scenic drive through parts of Port Elizabeth, the island's only town, and up to Mt. Pleasant for marvellous views of your ship, the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding Grenadine Islands.
Hamilton Fort and Shopping
Your tour continues with a brief stop at the 18th-century Hamilton Fort, followed by a visit to a local fabric screen printing company. Sip on a delicious punch while enjoying the atmosphere. Afterwards return to the ship.

Take a ride in an open-air jeep or minivan thru Bequia's main town Port Elizabeth thru to Fort Hamilton where there are beautiful views of Port Elizabeth Harbor and mainland St. Vincent where you can take the opportunity to take memorable pictures. Then, drive to Mt. Pleasant where you get a different viewpoint of the breathtaking Port Elizabeth harbor.Then, you take a scenic drive along the Atlantic Coast while enjoying the sea breeze.
Guided tour of the Grenadine Wild Sea Salt production facility at The Old Sugar Mill
Upon arrival at the Firefly Estate, you will enter the Grenadine Sea Salt production facility to meet the tour guide who will introduce you to the story of Grenadine Sea Salt and the Sugar Mill where it is located. Visitors are told about the history of the Old Sugar Mill, which dates back to the early 18th century, with photographs of the old ruin before the restoration.
Tasting of the various salts, visit of the Old Mill
You will observe workers in the Grenadine Sea Salt Clean room and working commercial kitchen producing the various blends. Walk to the relaxing courtyard area where you enjoy local tasty snacks featuring a variety of Grenadine Sea Salts and a glass of coconut or plain water. While you are enjoying tasting, the tour guide will provide information on various ways to use the finishing salts, accompanied by a handout with salt facts to take home.
Afterwards you will explore historical details of the old mill, including the old indigo vats, and it's park-like surroundings; walk to the solar evaporation salt stills area where a guide explains how Grenadine Sea Salt is produced from Bequia seawater.
Finally, you will have some time in the Grenadine Sea Salt Gift Shop at the conclusion of your visit, re-board your open-air jeep or minivan and commence the approximately 15-minute drive back to the pier.
