After receiving your safety and tour instructions, embark your awaiting, twin-engine snorkel launch for a scenic, narrated boat-ride along the Jost Van Dyke shoreline. After passing by Little Harbour, a stop is made in the sheltered bay of Diamond Cay. Sit back, relax and enjoy a refreshing beverage whilst your guide shares interesting aspects about the history of this unique area.


Tortola, Cane Garden Beach, Long Bay, Smugglers Cove and Great Harbour

Next, resume your journey with a ride across the channel to the island of Tortola. Upon arrival, follow the shoreline past Cane Garden Beach, Long Bay and Smugglers Cove to the west end of Tortola, then cross over to Great Harbour on Jost Van Dyke. Your picturesque cruise concludes back at the pier.

Please note: This tour involves a minimal amount of walking for approximately 20 yards (about 18 metres), at times over inclines, with four steps to negotiate to embark/disembark the twin-engine snorkel launch. This tour is recommended for guests who are in good physical condition. Jost Van Dyke, Norman Island and Treasure Point

After receiving your safety and tour instructions, embark your awaiting, twin-engine snorkel launch for a scenic, approximately 35-minute ride across the Sir Francis Drake Channel en route to Norman Island. The reputed history of piracy on this island was immortalized in Robert Louis Stevenson's famous book, Treasure Island. Upon arrival at the uninhabited, legendary Norman Island, proceed for a visit to Treasure Point, one of the premier snorkelling sites in the British Virgin Island.


The Indians or Caves Snorkelling Sessions, Coral Beds, Tropical Fish and Marine Life

Your first guided swimming and snorkelling session takes place at either the Indians or Caves at Treasure Point, where pirate treasures are said to have been hidden. After donning your equipment, snorkel amidst a myriad of beautiful coral beds, colourful tropical fish and a host of marine life. Following your guided snorkelling session, embark the boat and head to a second location for more swimming and snorkelling in shallower waters. At the conclusion of your tour, embark the boat and relax with a refreshing beverageduring the approximately 45 minutes ride back to the pier.

Free time for swimming close to the island "Sandy Cay"

After a short transfer, the Captain will anchor off the beautiful desert island "Sandy Cay". From here, you may choose to swim into the crystal-clear waters, bask in the sun on the pristine white sand beach, or just kick back onboard and enjoy a complimentary drinks.

Cruise to Diamond Cay, free time

The crew will call you back aboard for a short cruise to Diamond Cay. Enjoy an hour of free time where you can choose to explore the reefs, take a stroll to Foxy's Taboo or relax.

The crew will sound the horn and call all guests back aboard as the final leg of your journey will continue to Great Harbor.

Transfer to White Bay

A short 10-minute drive by open-air safari truck will take you from Great Harbor to White Bay for some fun in the sun. The white sand beach of White Bay is the draw to this part of the island. Upon arrival, you are free to swim, beach comb, or visit one of the small rustic bars, restaurants and boutiques that dot the beach area. Facilities are limited, but some chairs may be found available for rent. Meet the truck at your leisure for the return to the ship.

Please note: This beach transfer is very basic; the vehicle is used is a rustic, open-air truck with bench-style seating. Guests are advised that alternative transportation options are available for hire, including water taxis and regular taxi services. The walk to White Bay is approximately 20-minutes over the hillside (30-minutes along the coast). The frequency and capacity of this transfer cannot be guaranteed therefore guests are recommended to book their ticket in advance. Return time is at guests' leisure and Silversea cannot be held responsible for delays or the availability of seats on the return transfer. The vehicle requires a high step to embark and disembark, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. This transfer is not suitable for guests who utilise a wheelchair. A wet landing may be required depending on sea conditions and tide.
