Cycle along the Romantic Road through the beautiful Lustrafjord.
The Romantic Road
The Romantic Road starts from Skjolden, the heart of the Sognefjord, and goes on the south side of the amazing Lustrafjord. The narrow road follows the shoreline of the Lustrafjord, and you will experience waterfalls, historic buildings, and wonderful views along the whole ride.
Sørheim Village
Enjoy a stop at the "juice village" Sørheim, where Norway's biggest jam and juice producer started their business.
Feigefossen Waterfall
Continue your bike ride and reach the 218-meter tall Feigefossen Waterfall. Here you will have some time to take pictures before your return ride along the same way back to the pier.
Note: This tour has an extensive amount of activity, and is recommended for guests in good physical condition. This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or those who utilise a wheelchair, neither for pregnant women. Warm comfortable clothing with flat walking shoes are recommended. The total cycling distance is approximately 32 kilometres, mainly on asphalt surface. There are two tunnels along the ride (250m and 800m), completely without lights. All bikes have lights on them, and you will always bike together as a group. Helmets are provided and must be used. Space is limited; reserve this well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Sognefjell Mountain Road
The Sognefjell Mountain Road has been awarded the status of a National Tourist Route because of the spectacular and wild mountain scenery it passes through. The breathtaking panorama view along the route varies from mountain lakes, to jagged peaks, cascading waterfalls and numerous glaciers.
Turtagrø View Point
After approximately 45 minute drive, stop at Turtagrø, which is known as the cradle of alpine sport in Norway. At the plateau of Sognefjellet Montain you are standing next to the Jotunheimen National Park.
Mefjellet Photo Stop
Continue to Mefjellet, to enjoy views over the Fanaråken Mountain and Glacier, the Smørstabben peaks and glaciers and the memorial stones for the 6 farmers that perished in a storm in 1813.
Åsafossen waterfall
There will be time to absorb the beautiful scenery before you start your journey back along the same route, including a photo stop at Vassbakken, overlooking the Åsafossen waterfall.

This adventure tour takes you on an unforgettable expedition in a secure and rigid inflatable boat (RIB) into the Norwegian fjord landscape. Feel the breeze in your hair and relax to the sound of nature, while you enjoy beautiful views of the fjord, mountains and waterfalls. If you are lucky, curious porpoises and fjord seals could show up near the RIB making it an even more enjoyable experience.

Admire panoramic views of the stunning Lustrafjord and visit the oldest Stave Church in Norway.
The Romantic Road
Leave the pier for the approximately 50 minute drive along "The Romantic Road", which runs on the south side of the Lustrafjord, offering views over breathtaking landscapes and small, idyllic villages. The road follows the curves of the fjord; through fruit orchards and meadows.
Urnes Stave Church
Upon arrival in Urnes you will visit the oldest stave church in Norway, built around 1130. The wood carvings of the church are designed and executed with sublime artistic skill, and are among the most distinctive works of art to be found in Norway.
Ferry Ride to Solvorn
After visiting the stave church and strolling through the village of Urnes, you take 20-minute ferry ride over picturesque fjord to the village of Solvorn.
Feigumfossen Waterfall
From Solvorn, you will turn back towards Skjolden, only this time on the north side of the fjord, with more fantastic sceneries to enjoy. Along the way there will be a photo stop at Nes, where you will have a fantastic view of the impressive 218 m (715 ft) cascading Feigumfossen Waterfall.
Your tour concludes back at the pier in Skjolden.
